Nature Treks provides many guided outdoor bike, canoe and kayak treks into Central Wisconsin. Guides are not required for a group outing but are useful. Our qualified staff provides safe instruction for beginners and interpret the natural history of the rivers and trails. The fee per guide is $50.00 for up to 4hrs and an additional $35.00 for up to 8hrs.
We charge a 15% handling fee for large corporate groups who don't use guides because of the extra staff needed for setup.
JOB OPENINGS
Nature Treks-is excepting applications for the 2008 season for guides, naturalist and bike repair/ sales people. You must be 21 years or older with a good driving record, have experience in outdoor rec. or enjoy the outdoors, cert. in life saving and firstaid a plus but not required. You should work well by your self/others and youth groups, have office skills, know the Central Wisconsin Rec. Areas and be willing to work most summer holidays and weekends! Hours vary 15-40 weekly depending on weather, day of the week and reservations.
Pay ranges on experience $6.50-$9.00.
